We have many lamination machines, they all are:
1. Used for: Production of plastic smart cards.
2. Function: Heat press and then cool press plastic PVC sheets, Inlay sheets.
3. Applicable materials (sheets): PVC, ABS, TESLIN, PC(polycarbonate), PET, PETG sheets. PCB boards, FPC boards.
4. Pressure method: Hydraulic.
5. Heating method: Electric heating tube.
6. Cooling method: Water circulation cooling.
7. Lamination press plates size / Applicable sheet size: Different models different sizes.
8. Lamination press plates material: No.45 steel or Aluminum alloy, Optional.
These laminators are divided into different models according to:
1. Control method:
★ PLC Automatic Control.
- PLC + touch screen + temperature / pressure sensors.
- Higher accuracy temperature & pressure.
- Lamination process can be set 1 to 8 grades.
- Slow, gentle, soft pressure at start.
- With P.I.D. control temperature function.
- More suitable for smart chip cards / inlay.
★ Normal Electrical Control.
- Pressure gauge + Thermocouple + temperature controller.(No PLC and touchscreen)
- Pressure and temperature accuracy is relatively lower.
- Lamination process only 1 grade (same 1 pressure from start to end).
- No slow, gentle, soft pressure at start of lamination. - No P.I.D control temperature function.
- Able to laminate smart chip cards. But not as good as intelligent type.
2. Heat-Cool structure:
★ Single tower
- One group of hydraulic cylinder.
- Heating at up, Cooling at down.
- Set 1 pressure for both heat & cool laminate.
★ Double towers
- Two groups of hydraulic cylinders,one group for heat lamination, one group for cool lamination.
- Heating daylights on right side, Cooling daylights on left side.
- Heat & Cool laminate pressure can be set separately / different pressure.
★ Single tower, heat cool combined laminator
- One group of hydraulic cylinder.
- Heat and Cool daylights are integrated together.
- Heat & cool laminate work by turns in same daylights, don't need move sheets after heat lamination, Cooling lamination starts automatically at same place.
- Especially designed for high end smart cards and high end inlays.
3. Lamination size:
★ 250*350mm: Suitable for A4 size sheet, 2*5 cards layout.
★ 350*500mm: Suitable for A3 size sheet, 3*7, 5*5, 3*8 cards layout.
★ 420*520mm: Suitable for A3+ size sheet, 3*8, 4*8 cards layout.
★ Other bigger lamination area: 425*520、450*655、550*640、550*750,etc. Suitable for other bitter layouts:4*10, 5*10, etc.
★ Other special lamination size: Customizable according to clients' request.
4. Daylight / Opening / drawer quantity.
★ 3 Heat + 3 Cool.
★ 5 Heat + 5 Cool.
★ 2 Heat + 2 Cool.
★ 5 Heat & Cool integrated in one.
★ Other daylight quantity is customizable, such as 7 Heat + 7 Cool, 6 Heat + 6 Cool, 4 Heat + 4 Cool.
