YCD spot bonding machines are used for preparation process before lamination to ensure lamination quality. Spot bonding / welding / binding several layers of plastic sheets and overlies together to align different layers of sheets.
Adopts electric heating, temperature is settable. The spot bonding pressure and time are adjustable. The bonding points are smooth. The spot bonding heads are movable in the full range of guide. this means spot bonding positions on sheets are adjustable. Sheets are positioned by positioning blocks, the blocks position is adjust able. Start button or foot pedal switch control bonding.
There are two models to choose from: YCD-2: Two groups of bonding heads, there is NO background light under work table. YCD-3: Three groups of bonding heads, there is background light under work table. Can see through different sheets layers, more suitable for inlay spot bonding.
