▶ Touch screen set parameters, PLC control.
▶ High pressure and temperature accuracy.
▶ Lamination process pressure can be divided into 1 to 8 grades.
▶ For different laminating jobs, up to 6 sets of operating parameters can be set and saved for easy retrieval.
▶ The pressure releasing spring is applied between the top template and upper beam to realize slight contact, in order to protect inlays and chips for smart cards.
▶ Temperature rising process is controlled by PID mode. When there is much difference between detected temperature and set value, temperature rising by full power heating, in order to rise to set value with the fastest speed. When the temperature is about to reach the set value, the P.I.D heating mode is automatically activated to prevent the temperature from exceeding the set value. The temperature control is accurate.

11. Heat and cool integrated in one.
▶ In each lamination board there are both electric heating tubes and water pipes inside.
▶ After heat lamination, don't need to move sheets, directly start cooling lamination with keeping sheets be pressed.
▶ Heating process temperature adopts method of "Fast - Slow - Keep", Cooling process adopts method of "Intermittent - Fast".
▶ Temperature rising and decreasing slope is adjustable.
▶ So it is easy to operate, save manpower, save time, increase yield, high laminated products quality, low scrap rate, plastic / Inlay sheet small amount of deformation within 0.3mm.

12. Lamination boards material is aluminium alloy.
▶ Less weight than steel material boards.
▶ Good temperature conductivity.
▶ So, faster heating and cooling speed, higher yield.

13. High quantity and famous brand parts for hydraulic system and electrical system, ensure machine with reliable quality.

14. Vacuum laminator YCY-115Z 425*520, equipped with vacuum chamber based on YCY-115Y. Materials are laminated in vacuum environment, lamination quality is further improved.

(1). Need water chiller for cool lamination process.
(2). Lamination board size and daylights quantity are customizable.
